Why Law?

Brief Bio

Attorney Heritage began her legal career as an intern for the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender, Hudson Region.  During her last year of law school she was one of eight students selected to participate in New York Law’s Criminal Defense Clinic, in which she was responsible for handling her own misdemeanor case load in Manhattan’s Criminal Court.  Following law school, Attorney Heritage undertook an associate attorney position at a small law firm specializing in mortgage foreclosure defense and municipal court matters.  Upon being admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2013, Attorney Heritage has focused primarily on employment law matters, including EEOC proceedings and unemployment compensation hearings.
